The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a charming and cozy atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and filled with beautiful plants and flowers. As a senior person, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, with ramps and elevators provided for those with mobility issues.
I would have liked to see more attentive service from the staff, especially towards the needs of senior guests. It would have been beneficial to have staff members who were more understanding and accommodating towards the specific requirements of older individuals.
